Production and processing time

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner and do our utmost to ensure that your items are shipped to you as quickly as possible.

The production time prior to shipping is as follows: 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs

Fixed shipping costs of €12.50 per order within Europe and the US (or the equivalent in local currency).

Different rates may apply for shipping to other regions. These will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email at the email address you provided when placing your order.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your location and is calculated from the moment your order is shipped. We know from experience your order will be delivered to you within 1-4 weeks after placing your order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 5 days via our contact page on the website. We will work with you to find a solution.
